This LER reports a Unit 2 manual reactor trip due to a steam generator tube rupture, and a valid actuationActuation of the Safety Injection Actuation System and the Containment Isolation System. In accordance with 10CFR50.73(d), a copy of this LER is being forwarded to the Regional Administrator, NRC Region V.

Pur'suant to Technical Specification 3.5.2, ACTION b, this LER also describes'he actuation of the Emergency Core Cooling System, and satisfies the Special Report requirements for documenting the total accumulated actuation cycles to date for Unit 2.
