Licensee Event Report 92-005-01 File: 92-020-404 Attached please find supplement 1 to Licensee Event Report (LER)92-005 prepared and submitted pursuant to 10CFR50.73. This LER reports that Technical Specification Surveillance Requirement 4.0.5 for testing the ASME Code Class 2 Train B Charging Pump had not been performed within the maximum allowable surveillance interval. This supplement is being submitted to provide additional information regarding the root cause determination and the corrective action that will be implemented to prevent recurrence. In accordance with'0CFR50.73(d), a copy of this LER is being forwarded to the Regional Administrator, NRC Region V.
