1) Machined new tube plugs for plugging the tubes

2) installed new tube plugs ln the tube sheet holes and made required welds

3) Performed PT examination on the final welds. PT examinafion results acceptable

4) Insta!Ied new bolting material for the head cover to channel cover joint
