for flow testing. The line was subsequently taken out of service. A leak in the Unit-2 HPCI test return line was discovered on 9-15-76. (50-237/1976-60)

CAUSE DESCRIPTION (Continued) resulted in failure of the pipe wall. The affected area, which was less than

!,;" in diameter, was temporarily repaired. To prevent future corrosion, this section of line.will be replaced and fitted with a different type Sf insul-ation as soon as practicable.
