Dear Mr. Mueller:
This letter refers to your July 24, 1998 correspondence, in response to our June 26, 1998 letter.
We have conducted a preliminary review of this response in accordance with NRC Inspection Procedure 92901, "Followup - Plant Operations."
Based upon this review, we find your response to the Notice of Violation appropriate.
We willexamine the specific corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter during a future inspection of your facility.
