NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-220/98-05; 50-.410/98-05 AND NOTICE OF VIOLATION
Dear Mr. Mueller:
This letter refers to your August 6, 1998 correspondence, in response to our July 7, 1998 letter.
We have conducted a preliminary review of this response in accordance with NRC Inspection Procedures 92901, "Followup - Plant Operations," and 92904, "Followup-Plant Support."
Based upon this review, we find your response to the Notice of Violation appropriate.
We will examine the specific corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter during a future inspection of your facility.
