However, relative to Violation 1033 involving shipment of an incorrect liner of radioactive waste, we noted that your did not propose any long-term corrective actions, such as amending your procedures as necessary, to effect periodic inventory of the radioactive waste shipping liner storage area to preclude incorrect shipment or disposition of a liner containing radioactive waste. Based on discussions with your staff, we understand that you are considering such supplementary action, as discussed in Section of R 8.4 of the inspection report.
Your corrective actions will be examined during future inspections.
