NRC INSPECTION REPORT 50-220/98-02; 50-410/98-02 AND NOTICE OF VIOLATION
Dear Mr. Mueller:
This letter refers to your June 26, 1998 correspondence, in response to our May 27, 1998 letter.
We have conducted a preliminary review of this response in accordance with NRC Inspection Procedures 92902, "Followup - Plant Maintenance," and 92903, "Followup-Plant Engineering."
Based upon this review, we find your response to the Notice of Violation appropriate.
We will examine the specific corrective and preventive actions documented in your letter during a future inspection of your facility.
