The Commission met with the staff to be briefed on the status on near term operating license (NTOL) plants.
Commissioner Asselstine requested a copy of the staff's eval-uation report relating to the acceptability of the schedular exemption request for Nine Mile Point Unit 2 to delay the decision to install downcomer support braces.
