By letters dated February 26, 2003 (Serial No.03-072) (ADAMS Accession No. ML030690393), February 28, 2006 (Serial No.06-174) (ADAMS Accession No. ML060600281), and March 1, 2007 (Serial No. 07-0099) (ADAMS Accession No. ML070650263), Virginia Electric and Power Company (Dominion) submitted steam generator tube inspection reports for Surry Power Station.

ML15050A041), Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. submitted steam generator tube inspection reports for Millstone Power Station.

Serial No.15-397 Docket Nos.: 50-338/339 50-280/281 50-336/423 Page 2 of 3 The above reports satisfied the requirements of Technical Specification 5.6.7.b for North Anna Power Station Units I and 2, Technical Specification 4.19.F.b for Surry Power Station Units 1 and 2, Technical Specification 6.9.1.9 for Millstone Power Station Unit 2, and Technical Specification 6.9.1.7 for Millstone Power Station Unit 3, which required submittal of an Annual Steam Generator Inservice Inspection Summary Report to the NRC.

Dominion requests that the NRC withdraw the following pages from ADAMS since they contain a Westinghouse Proprietary Class 2 schematic of a steam generator or a portion thereof:

• Page 33 of the March 13, 2009 letter (Serial No. 09-1 25)

• Page 27 of the October 28, 2010 letter (Serial No.10-632)

• Page 16 of the October 7, 2011 letter (Serial No.11-533)

• Page 23 of the April 6, 2012 letter (Serial No.12-123)

• Page 16 of the October 2, 2013 letter (Serial No.13-500)

• Page 14 of the June 26, 2014 letter (Serial No.14-265)

• Page 20 of the February 9, 2015 letter (Serial No.15-005)
