It includes areas / quantities for implementation, initial and annual unit costs, initial and annual total costs, parties responsible for action implementation, and anticipated staf f administrative effort. Initial costs indicate cost for ins tallation and/or establishment; annual costs indicate cost for ongoing management and maintenance.
