Following initial NRC review, an e-mail Request for Additional Information (RAT) was received on April 8, 2015 requesting the following information in support of the technical review process:

ZionSolutions, LLC ZS-20 15-0084 Page 2 of 2 The requested information, with the exception of the TSD describing the use of ISOCS, was submitted to the NRC in Reference 3. In an NRC e-mail dated May 5, 2015, ZionSolutions was notified that the CDs submitted per Reference 3 were rejected and a revised CD correcting the problems identified was requested. This correspondence is resubmitting the information as identified in Enclosure 1. Enclosure 2 contains a preflight report identifyring noncompliance issues with NRC electronic submittal guidance that could not be resolved due to the source of the information being submitted. All submitted information is in legible format.
