ORDER (Scheduling Teleconference Call)
The State of New York petitions to intervene in the above-captioned proceeding concerning an operating license amendment request (LAR) submitted by Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Entergy) for Indian Point Unit 2.1 The Licensing Board has reviewed the pleadings2 and has determined that an oral argument is warranted. On July 1, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. EDT, the Licensing Board will hold a telephone conference with the parties to discuss scheduling the oral argument.
