The Board organized CRAFTs contentions into five groups for the purposes of the November 20 oral argument on contention admissibility.1 After consultation with the other parties, CRAFT has proposed a reorganization of its contentions, as follows:2 Group 1 - Contention 1 Group 2 - Contentions 4, 5, 6, and 14 Group 3 - Contention 2 Group 4 - Contentions 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11 Group 5 - Contention 12 1

2 CRAFTs Revised Corrected Motion to Regroup Oral Arguments Contentions (Nov. 5, 2014).
CRAFTs unopposed motion to regroup the contentions is granted. All other instructions from the Boards Order setting the format of oral argument remain in effect.
