Citizens Resistance at Fermi Two (CRAFT) moved for an extension of time to file its Reply to DTE and the NRC Staffs Answers to CRAFTs Request for a Hearing and Petition to Intervene.1 The Answers were filed on Friday, September 12. CRAFT requested an extension for its Reply to Monday, September 22, stating that it did not receive the Answers until Monday, September 15 because of a system outage.2 We directed CRAFT to re-file the motion in conformance with the requirements of 10 C.F.R. § 2.323(b) by indicating that they have contacted the other parties in the proceeding to resolve the issue.3 CRAFT has essentially complied with this requirement, stating that the other parties do not oppose the extension.4 The 1

unopposed motion for an extension of time is granted, and CRAFTs reply is due on Monday, September 22.
We advise CRAFT to include a header caption with the proceeding name and docket number on all future filings, as required by 10 C.F.R. § 2.304(a). CRAFT should also attach a Certificate of Service to certify that it has served its motions on all parties as required by 10 C.F.R. § 2.323(a)(2) and 10 C.F.R. § 2.305(c)(4).
