UNITED STATES OF AMERICA NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION In the Matter of DTE ELECTRIC COMPANY Docket No. 50-341-LR (Fermi Nuclear Power Plant, Unit 2)

ORDER Citizens Resistance at Fermi 2 (CRAFT) recently filed a motion to reopen the record and admit a new contention in the captioned matter.1 Pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R.

§ 2.346(i), I refer the motion and any associated pleadings to the Chief Administrative Judge of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel for appropriate action consistent with 10 C.F.R.

§§ 2.309 and 2.326.
