1. Appendix 3.7C of the San Onofre Units 2 and 3 FSAR, entitled "Soil-Structure Interaction Parameters," pp. 3.7C-iii through 3.7C-H6.

Please note that this appendix presents the Woodward-McNeill and Associates report entitled "Development of Soil-Structure Interaction Parameters, Proposed Units 2 and 3, San Onofre Nuclear Generating Station," which you requested as Item 4 in Reference A.
