LOSS OF SECONDARY COOLANT STEP ACTION/EXPECTED RESPONSE RESPONSE NOT OBTAINED EMERGENCY INSTRUCTION 501-1.2-1.21 SI TEWINATION FOLLOWING LOSS OF SECONDARY COOLANT I.

PURPOSE:

The purpose of this instruction is to provide a method to terminate safety injection after a loss of secondary coolant once RCS conditions have stablized to SI termination criteria.

Normal charging and letdown will be established.

Guidance is provided to insure controlled conditions are maintained by monitoring the need to reinitiate safety injection.
