NRC Letter, Prioritization of Response Due Dates for Request For Information Pursuant To Title 10 Of The Code of Federal Regulations 50.54(F) Regarding Flooding Hazard Reevaluations for Recommendation 2.1 of The Near-Term Task Force Review of Insights from the Fukushima Dai-lchi Accident, dated May 11, 2012 On March 12, 2012, the NRC staff issued a Request for Information (RFI) in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54 (f) (Reference 1). Near-Term Task Force, Recommendation 2.1: Flooding, is addressed by Enclosure 2 of the RFI and contains a specific request for Flood Hazard Reevaluation reports to be submitted. The due dates were assigned to plants according to priorities decided by the NRC and communicated by letter dated May 11, 2012 (Reference 2). The due date established for the Oconee site was March 12, 2013. of this letter provides the Oconee Flood Hazard Reevaluation Report, which provides the information requested in Enclosure 2 of the March 12, 2012 RFI (Reference 1).
This letter contains no new regulatory commitments. Contains Security Sensitive Information -
