SUBJECT:
PETITION TO INTERVENE AND REQUEST FOR HEARING ;
APPLICATION TO STAY ANY DECISION TO RESTART UI\IITS 2 OR 3 AT THE SAN ONOFRE NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION PENDING CONCLUSION OF THE PROCEEDINGS REGARDING CONSIDERATION OF THE SAFETY OF THE REPLACEMENT STEAM GENERATORS The subject Petition to Intervene , Request for Hearing and Application for Stay, which can be found in ADAMS as accession number ML12171A409 , was submitted by Petitioner on June 18, 20 12. Reference therein IS made to a Confirmatory Action Letter (CAL) to Southern California Edison Co. from NRC Staff dated March 27 , 2012, ADAMS accession number ML12087A323 .
As per the Commission's decision in its Memorandum and Order (CLI-12-20) dated November 8,2012, ADAMS accession number ML12313A118, the portion of the Petition related to the CAL is hereby referred to the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel for action consistent with the instructions of the Commission in CLI-12-20. Additionally, the pleadings described herein as well as the additional pleadings identified in CLI-12-20 may be found in ADAMS and on the Electronic Hearing Docket in the appropriate folder for the proceeding .
