ORDER Friends of the Earth has requested that the NRC either withdraw its proposed approval of Southern California Edisons April 5, 2013, license amendment request, or toll indefinitely the deadline for submitting requests for hearing and intervention petitions.1 Edison has officially requested withdrawal of its license amendment request.2 The Staff, however, has not yet published a 10 C.F.R. § 2.107(c) notice of withdrawal of the license amendment request in the Federal Register. In view of Edisons withdrawal request, pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R. § 2.346(j), I toll the running of the time for the filing of intervention petitions.
