ORDER On June 7, 2013, the NRC Staff filed a request for a one-week extension of time, until June 14, 2013, within which to file its Appeal of the Licensing Boards Memorandum and Order, LBP-13-7 (May 13, 2013) in this proceeding. Pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R.
§ 2.346(b), the request for a one-week extension is granted.
