Petitioner, Friends of the Earth, filed a motion seeking a seven-day extension of time, to and including February 13, 2013, to submit its Reply to the January 30, 2013 Answers filed by Southern California Edison Company (SCE) and the NRC Staff, and to the January 30, 2013 amicus curiae brief filed by Nuclear Energy Institute, Inc.
According to Petitioners motion, the NRC Staff does not oppose the requested extension, and SCE opposes any extension.
For good cause shown, we grant Petitioners motion.
It is so ORDERED.
