On September 24, 2012, the Board requested that the parties file clerical objections and corrections to their exhibit lists and exhibits by October 1, 2012.1 After reviewing the proposed corrections and objections filed by the State of New York (New York), Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Entergy), and Riverkeeper, Inc. (Riverkeeper),2 the Board accepts the parties proposed corrections and objections.

At the prehearing teleconference, the Board discussed the procedures for admitting evidence at the evidentiary hearing. After ruling on the remaining motions in limine, the Board 1

will admit all of the exhibits at the beginning of the hearing, noting exceptions on the record.3 The exhibit lists will then be bound into the transcript.4 In addition, the following corrections are noted for the record:

1) RIV000058 does not match description on Riverkeepers exhibit list (RIV700001) and appears to be a duplicate of RIV000054. Riverkeeper must refile the exhibit as RIVR00058 with the correct document by October 9, 2012 if it wishes to have that document included in the evidentiary record.
2) RIV000060 will only be admitted as modified by the Boards March 6, 2012 Order.5
3) RIV000079 and RIV000089 are struck from Riverkeepers exhibit list (RIV700001) in accordance with the Boards March 6, 2012 Order.6
4) The Exhibit Name of CLE000013 contained in CLER300001 is modified to state Letter from Bates to DelBello (February 4, 1981) and additional correspondence.
5) The exhibits matching the descriptions of CLE000043 and CLE000044 in CLER30001 are missing exhibit numbers as required by the Boards October 7, 2011 Order.7 The unlabeled documents matching these descriptions will be stamped when admitted with the correct exhibit numbers.
6) The exhibit listed as NYS00133E on Hudson River Sloop Clearwaters exhibit list (CLER30001) is struck from CLEs exhibit list. NYS00133E will be admitted as a New York exhibit.8
7) The Exhibit Name of ENT000267 contained in ENTR50001 is modified to state U.S.

Census Bureau, Summary File 3, 2000 Census of Population and Housing (2007)

(excerpted).

8) The exhibit stamped with the label NRC000114 will be re-stamped and admitted as NRC000114A.
