Dara, Attached is a letter from NMFS regarding the ongoing Atlantic sturgeon consultation for Indian Point. NMFS is requesting a 60-day extension to complete consultation. The revised completion date would be November 28, 2012.

Can you confirm for me that Entergy has no plans to submit additional information for NMFS to consider during this consultation?
