Docket No. 50-443-LR Re: Correction: Friends of the Coast/ New England Coalitions First Disclosure

Dear Administrative Judges:

Dear Secretary,

This letter is intended to explain and correct the two part submission and filing of Friends of the Coast/ New England Coalitions First Disclosure in the above captioned matter.

On April 2, 2012, pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.336 and as modified by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Boards (Board) Initial Scheduling Order dated April 4, 2011 (as amended Orders dated August 23, 2011 and October 3, 2011) intervenors, Friends of the Coast/ New England Coalition (Friends/NEC) attempted to electronically file its first disclosure in the above captioned matter.

Friends/NECs first filing attempt was initiated at 6:10 PM. The submission, having been ushered through the multiple forms of the NRC site, was terminated at the electronic signature (last) page due to what was identified as electronic system error.

Friends/NEC then made several more attempts employing various strategies including

changing internet systems until 11: 30 PM. At that point Friends/NEC copied out the electronic service list and, shortly before 12PM, made its submission via e-mail.

The defects were cured today after more than two cumulative hours of working with NRCs electronic submissions system help staff. Friends/NEC now respectfully requests that the Secretary of the Commission, the Board and the parties correct the filing of April 2, 2012 by substituting todays identical electronic filing.

We regret any confusion or inconvenience this two-part and delayed filing may have caused.

Sincerely, Signed (electronically) by Raymond Shadis Friends of the Coast/
