I believe Jimi is working to bring in someone to assist with the coordination of the public meeting tasks for the SOARCA team.

Jon you may want to talk with Jimi about that and see if that is still the plan and if someone has been identified to help out.

Jonathan, we need to start coordinating for the public meetings scheduled for August, since we'll need to announce them when the draft NUREG goes public at the end of July. I'd suggest you and Rich check with the Surry and Peach Bottom PMs to determine what venues are available/suitable. Thanks.

Communication Plan - Rev 5 -dse(1).docx Hi Scott, Though I am officially not the PM any longer for SOARCA I did promise Jimi I would try my best to get Rev. 5 of the Communication plan into concurrence this week. The attached is merely an updated version of Rev. 4. I intend to send an updated GANTT chart schedule when it goes into concurrence but won't complete that until I get your input on the main

report, including the proposed new milestone dates. Fundamentally there are no surprises here. I added a task for briefing the regions and HQ personnel, based on feedback from the Steering Committee. Also some of the interim milestones dates have "sloshed" around a little to make things work overall.

Can you please take a look at this and give me any comments? Jimi has seen it already and this version includes his comments.
