[External_Sender] Peach Bottom Security Rule Exemption Request - ISFSI Docket No. Reference Date: Wednesday, November 22, 2023 3:19:22 PM Peach Bottom Security Rule Exemption Request - ISFSI Docket No. Reference By letter dated October 16, 2023 (ML23289A121), as supplemented on November 10, 2023 (ML23317A108), Constellation Energy Generation, LLC (CEG) submitted a request for Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station (Peach Bottom), Units, 1 and 2 (Docket Nos. 50-277 and 50-278), for an exemption from the compliance date of January 8, 2024, for the new security Rule, "Enhanced Weapons, Firearms Background Checks, and Security Event Notifications" (i.e., 88FR15864, dated March 14, 2023). This e-mail serves as supplement a to provide notification that the Peach Bottom Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation (ISFSI) Docket No. 72-79 should also have been referenced in support of the noted submittals.
