- Justin, Please have TVA provide me with the model (or part no. as applicable) for the radiation monitor module, for the I/F converter, and the rack module along with the document number and name where this information is stated. Steve Clark agreed to provide this information via email. We will enter new OI only if this information is not available in the currently submitted documents.
TVA also to confirm that the above equipment is located in the main control room.
