Dear Mr. Harden:
On December 31,2010, the NRC staff completed its annual inspection of the Emergency Preparedness Program at Beaver Valley Power Station. This inspection began on January 1,2010. lssuance of this letter closes Inspection Reports 05000334/2010501 and 0500041212010501. lnspection activities charged to these reports include conducting mid-cycle/end of cycle assessment activities, responding to technical questions from resident inspectors or licensee personnel, and, in some cases, performing traditional enforcement activities. Any observations and findings in this area were provided to you via separate correspondence.

This inspection began on January 1,2010. lssuance of this letter closes lnspection Reports 05000334/2010401 and 0500041212010401. Inspection activities charged to these reports include conducting mid-cycle/end of cycle assessment activities, following up on Suspicious Incident Database (SlD) reports, responding to technical questions from resident inspectors or licensee personnel, and, in some cases, performing traditional enforcement activities. Any observations and findings in this area were provided to you via separate correspondence.
