Name Title Agency/Organization Bob Bryce Hydrology Lead PNNL Souraya Fathi Permit Writer Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, Chattanooga Field Office Call title/subject: Other Permits - Watts Bar Nuclear Plant Purpose of call: I called Souraya Fathi to get information on permits required by the State of Tennessee for the Watts Bar Nuclear Plant (Ph 615-532-0485.) I had her phone number from a previous call to the State about the NPDES permit. I had tried to call Dick Urban but was unable to reach him.

Souraya indicated that she was the NPDES permit writer for the Watts Bar Plant but was not familiar with the other permits required. She did say that TVA had not violated the thermal discharge limits in their permit.

She recommended we contact Vojin Janjic who would be more familiar with the requirements.
