Unit 2 - Additional Information Regarding Environmental Review - Cultural Resources (TAC NO. MD8203)

The purpose of this letter is to provide additional information that was not included in of the TVA letter dated December 14, 2009 (Reference 1). Cultural Resources Information (Enclosure 1 of Reference 1) included a letter dated October 11, 2005, from the Director of the Office of Federal Agency Programs to the TVA Senior Archeologist that also included an enclosure. Some of the information in the enclosure to the October 11, 2005, letter was not provided. of this letter provides the October 11,2005, letter and the enclosed Programmatic Agreement for Proposed Land Plans in Tennessee. Enclosure 1 provides a cultural resources information package associated with the WBN site prepared to assist NRC in its environmental review. This package was discussed during the site audit. Information in this package is to be withheld from the public pursuant to 36 C.F.R. §800.11(c) and 18 C.F.R. §1312.18.
