April 9, 2010 MEMORANDUM TO THE PARTIES:

In the Matter of Tennessee Valley Authority (Watts Bar Unit 2)

This is to inform the parties that Commissioner William C. Ostendorff will tour Watts Bar Unit 2, on Wednesday, April 14, 2010. This is a routine plant visit to obtain a general familiarity with the facility. The Commissioner will not engage in any substantive discussion during the site visit about any of the issues that have been raised in the ongoing adjudicatory proceeding for the Watts Bar, Unit 2, operating license application. If the parties have questions regarding this visit, please call Jason Zorn at (301) 415-1800.
