SNM-2505 for the Calvert Cliffs Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation, and Conforming Amendments (TAC Nos. ME0443 and ME0444)
Reference (a) notified the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) of the intent to transfer the name of Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, Inc. to Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant, LLC. In that letter we also committed to notify the NRC when the transfer is complete and request issuance of the license amendment approved by Reference (b).
On October 29, 2009, the transfer of the Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant name was filed and we are requesting issuance of the license amendment reflecting the name change in the licenses for Calvert Cliffs Nuclear Power Plant and the associated Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation.
