- 1) Are unique, first-of-a-kind reviews.
- 2) Involve low risk, but is a compliance issue,
- 3) Involve technical or policy issues.
- 4) The technical experts/divisions or industry representatives have differing views on the staffs actions going forward.
Does the TR warrant a technical champion?
No After providing the resolution to the PSPB Branch Chief, the PM Documents Resolution in Draft/Final SE PM & TR reviewers discuss the issue(s) with the technical champion - involve the Owners Group representatives when appropriate.
