NRC Annual Assessment Summary Constellation operated the plant safely and in a manner that preserved public health and safety and protected the environment Calvert Cliffs Unit 1 was in the Licensee Response column of the NRCs Action Matrix for the last two quarters of 2007 and Regulatory Response column in the first two quarters of 2007 Calvert Cliffs Unit 2 was in the Licensee Response column of the NRCs Action Matrix for all four quarters of 2007 All cornerstone objectives were fully met NRC plans baseline inspections at Calvert Cliffs, Units 1 and 2, for the remainder of 2008
