NRC Annual Performance Assessment of Calvert Cliffs 2007 Reactor Oversight Program
Purpose of Todays Meeting Discuss Constellations Plant Performance for 2007 Provide Constellation the opportunity to respond to the NRCs Annual Performance Assessment and identify new or existing programs to maintain or improve their performance Provide stakeholders the opportunity to engage the NRC staff on plant performance issues and our role in ensuring safe plant operations

NRC Annual Assessment Summary Constellation operated the plant safely and in a manner that preserved public health and safety and protected the environment Calvert Cliffs Unit 1 was in the Licensee Response column of the NRCs Action Matrix for the last two quarters of 2007 and Regulatory Response column in the first two quarters of 2007 Calvert Cliffs Unit 2 was in the Licensee Response column of the NRCs Action Matrix for all four quarters of 2007 All cornerstone objectives were fully met NRC plans baseline inspections at Calvert Cliffs, Units 1 and 2, for the remainder of 2008
