Entrance has a depth of 27 feet and a width of 750 feet. It also features a turning basin of approx. 115 acres. There are no limitations on the beam length of vessels entering Oswego's Harbor.

There are 100,000 sq. ft. of shed storage protected by sprinklers, bonded storage, over 400,000 sq. ft. of open storage, three domes, each with 7,000 ton capacity, plus a 32,000 ton storage facility all served by dockside tracks.
