Dear Sir or Madam:

Attached is a revision to the Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report for the period of January 1, 2002 through December 31, 2002. The report is submitted in accordance with the requirements of the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant Offsite Dose Calculation Manual, Part 1, Section 6.2, Radioactive Effluent Release Report. As a result of a recent telephone conference with the NRC Staff, two errors were discovered in the numbers submitted in the 2002 report. The attachment to this letter provides the corrected pages.
