Glenn and Scott, The RI-2003-A-0017 alleger called me this morning and asked if he could come in this Thursday (4/27/03) morning for a meeting with us. He wants to sit face-to-face and provide his explanation of the issues. I told him that we could meet with him and set a a tentitive 10:00 a.m. start time. I will try to set up the public meeting room as the meeting location.

For your recollection, this was the guy who raised the complaints about safety and ALARA practices after bing asked to do an RCP oil level check that he didn't think was necessary. We referred the technical issue to PSEG for review, and the response is due in mid-April. We also told him that he had not made a prima-facie case for discrimination. [It is my guess that the primary reason he wants to talk to us is try to convince us that his discrimination claim was valid... but we'll see.]
