• The number of on-line corrective maintenance work IAnalysis: Current corrective backlog remains below goal level but orders in the backlog does not include elective above forecast level. Review and oversite will support decreases. I maintenance. Outage preparations and performance decreased manpower available for corrective and elective maintenance support.

Meets: Exceeds: Action: A review of new items continues to be conducted. Increase Two Units < 75 utilization of the FIN team, implementation of short cycle maintenance, Two Units < 60 Actual 45 and pre-planned overtime will be used to assist in the continued reduction. Continued support of the PMO effort will assist in long
