The effective date of Revision 6 is March 1, 2005. Tlhe changes reflected in Revision 6 are submitted pursuant to 10 CFR § 50.54(p)(2).

A Synopsis of Changes is included to facilitate review. Details regarding implementation of each change are documented and available for inspection. These changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the Physical Security Plan.

The attached information contains Safeguards Information and is subject to the restrictions described in 10 CFR §73.21.
