Cue: When 113-230 is unlocked and opened, Inform performer air is evacuating from the pipe.

6. Inform CSO the scram air header is venting.

Using EOP pipe wrench attached to valve, remove pipe cap by rotating the wrench counter-clockwise until the cap is off.
