NMSS-2002-A-0002 On May 8, 2002, I received a voicemail message from the Cl. He stated that he had located a copy of a letter he sent to ASME dated 8/26/99 regarding his findings, and would fax it to us.
He stated that his findings would be in records for the 1' or 2d quarter of 1999. I contacted Frank Jacobs of the NRC inspection team at Holtec. Paul Narbut reportedly spoke with the Cl by phone this morning and obtained information for followup.
