NMSS-2002-A-0002 On August 7, 2002, the alleger left a very long and detailed voicemail message stating that he wants to discuss a number of "misunderstandings" with regard to our recent letter to him. He recited many points about various interpretations of definitions involved in his concerns, including repair, rework, etc.
I discussed the voicemail with Paul Narbut, SFPO, who was the reviewer/inspector on the case, and forwarded the voicemail to him for review. The staff will need to review the alleger's concerns and determine whether any new information is raised.
