May 7, 2002 NOTE OF TELEPHONE CALL BY:
Bob O'Connell Received phone call from Paul Narbut, SFPO. The team is at Holtec performing the inspection.
They have reviewed the audit reports for 2000 and cannot find any mention of the problems re:
"repair' and "use as is' that the CI says he identified.
Paul wanted to contact the Cl to obtain additional info. I provided Cl's phone number for Paul to contact directly.
