NMSS-2002-A-0002 On May 7, 2002, at about 6:45 pm, I received a phone call from the Cl in response to a call from Paul Narbut. I advised him that our inspectors had not been able to locate records related to his reported findings regarding "repair" and "use as is" at Holtec, and asked where we might find them.
He stated that those findings were not part of the DSQG audit. They were in 1999. He stated that an individual at Holtec, Mark Soler, could locate them if he were willing to talk to us.
I advised him that I would have Paul Narbut get in touch with him by phone the next day.
