NRC INFORMATION NOTICE 2001-12 (ERRATA):

HYDROGEN FIRE AT NUCLEAR

POWER STATION

Addressees

All holders of operating licenses or construction permits for nuclear power reactors except those

who have ceased operations and have certified that fuel has been permanently removed from

the reactor vessel.

Discussion

Two editorial errors have been identified in NRC Information Notice 2001-12, Hydrogen Fire at

Nuclear Power Station (ADAMS Accession No. ML010310258), issued on July 13, 2001. The

errors occurred in the Related Generic Communications section on Page 2. The number for

the information notice titled Hydrogen Storage on the Roof of the Control Room should read

IN 89-44, not IN 88-44. The number for the information notice titled Compressed Gas

Cylinder Missile Hazard should read IN 91-37, not IN 91-27.
