JUL 302013 LR-N13-0167 Page 2 In References 1 and 2, respectively, PSEG Nuclear LLC (PSEG) provided the overall integrated plans regarding mitigation strategies for beyond-design-basis external events for the Hope Creek Generating Station and Salem Generating Station, Units 1* and 2. In Reference 3, the NRC requests that PSEG provide the NRC staff and contractors with limited read-only access to on-site documents cited in References 1 and 2.

Reference 3 requests that the portal be ready for access to the NRC staff within two weeks of receipt of the letter, and specifies the following conditions for use of the portal for the duration of the review process:

• The online reference portal will be password-protected and passwords will be assigned to those directly involved in the review on a need-to-know basis;

• The online reference portal will be sufficiently secure to prevent staff from printing, saving, or downloading any documents; and

As of July 24, 2013, PSEG provided an e-mail to the NRC staff requesting the individuals requiring access, and established the requested online reference portal populated with on-site documents cited in References 1 and 2. PSEG hereby agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in Reference 3.
