Energy Harbor Nuclear Corp. (EHNC) submitted an Emergency Plan Amendment Request to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) in a letter dated June 14, 2021 (Accession No. ML21167A209) . The proposed changes to the Beaver Valley Power Station , Unit Nos. 1 and 2 (BVPS) Emergency Preparedness Plan (EPP) would reduce the number of on-shift staff positions, extend augmented Emergency Response Organization (ERO) response times , and re-align augmented ERO response positions.

In a phone call and subsequent email on July 15, 2021 , the NRC staff notified EHNC that information was missing from Attachment 4 of the application. EHNC was requested to resubmit Attachment 4.

During the review of the attachment, it was identified that minor corrections were needed. On page 1, two empty blocks in the "Offsite Survey" row were shaded , and the shading was removed from the block "Senior Manager I Site RP Coordinator. " On pages 2 and 5, in the "Plant System Engineering/ Technical Support" row "Engineering Engineer" was changed to "Electrical Engineer." The enclosure to this letter provides the requested information , including the corrections noted. This revised table supersedes submitted in a letter dated June 14, 2021.
