Turkey Point Unit 3 Docket No. 50-250 Inservice Inspection Report: Submittal of the NIS-2 Forms Omitted from L-2003-162 Submittal Florida Power and Light Company (FPL) submitted the Inservice Inspection Report for Turkey Point Unit 3 under L-2003-162 dated June 26, 2003. It was found that the submittal inadvertently omitted the inclusion of the NIS-2 Forms.
Form NIS-2, Owner's Report for Repairs and Replacement, is submitted as part of the Inservice Inspection Report in accordance with the provisions of the ASME Code,Section XI. The Unit 3 NIS-2 Forms were listed as an attachment to the Inservice Inspection Report, L-2003-162, however they were not attached. The purpose of this letter is to provide the omitted NIS-2 Forms for Turkey Point Unit 3, reporting the repairs or replacements performed prior to and during the Spring 2003 refueling outage, between the dates of October 28,2001 and March 28, 2003.

NIS-2 Reports
Abstract The attached NIS-2 reports detail the repairlreplacement of Class 1, 2 and 3 piping and components for Florida Power and Light Company, Turkey Point Unit 3. These repairs or replacements were performed prior to and during the Spring 2003 refueling outage, between the dates of October 28, 2001 and March 28, 2003.
Piping and components were inspected/tested in accordance with Section Xl of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel code "Rules for Inservice Inspection of Nuclear Power Components, "1989 Edition, No Addenda.
